Minavia Dedier- Patterson is the founder and CEO of Impact Training Services, a human resource consultancy, training, and personal development organisation. As a retired Banker from a leading commercial bank in Trinidad and Tobago, and being promoted from a customer service representative to the Manager of Sales and Service, she has over 30 years of experience in successfully providing top-notch service to clients.
It is her considered view that to effect professional growth, and to serve with excellence, one must be purpose-driven, goal-oriented.
To this end, she believes that professional skills training is not only fundamental to achieving service excellence and professional development, but is also an essential building block for efficiency in the workplace, the church, and all other sectors of society.
She satisfies her innate passion for adding value to people and the wider society by combining and imparting her wealth of knowledge and experience from both the corporate world and faith-based community in her professional skill training sessions.
A licenced Evangelist Missionary from the Church of God in Christ-Trinidad Jurisdiction, Minavia holds a Diploma in Biblical Theology from the Open Bible Institute of Theology. (Trinidad). She also holds a diploma in Human Resource Management from the University of the West Indies, as well as certifications in Events and Conference Managements, and Tour Guiding both from the Trinidad and Tobago Hospitality and Tourism Institute.
Minavia has also earned a Master’s Degree in Business Administration (“MBA”) majoring in Leadership, Entrepreneurship and Innovation from the Anglia Ruskin University, United Kingdom. Moreover, she is a certified Leadership Coach, Speaker, and Trainer from the John Maxwell Leadership team. A leader who is intent on positively impacting individuals through training with an emphasis on the diverse Millennials and iGen generation groups, Minavia firmly believes in making a difference to her community, and the wider society of Trinidad and Tobago and the Caribbean.
