Dr. Louis Percival Anthony Nurse is the holder of a Diploma in Management from the Henley Business School, Oxfordshire, London, United Kingdom, two Masters in Business Administration degrees from the Henley Business School in conjunction with the Brunel University, London United Kingdom, one specializing in Business Finance and the other in Project Management. He has obtained a Master of Laws from the Anglia Ruskin University, Cambridge, United Kingdom and a Doctorate in Business Administration also from the Anglia Ruskin University, Cambridge, United Kingdom.
Dr Nurse was awarded this qualification for his pioneering research in the effectiveness of Project Planning and Management applied by public sector organizations in Trinidad and Tobago.
He is a senior lecturer at the MBA programme of the Anglia Ruskin University in Business. Management. He specializes in strategic planning, project leadership, organisational development, corporate governance, and change management Dr Nurse brings over 30 years- experience working in both the public and private sectors and is currently the Chairman and Director on several Boards in Trinidad and Tobago.

She has also been part of the special training programmes under the professional enhancement unit, which includes collaboration with the Trinidad and Tobago Air Guard and Youth Agricultural Homestead Programme (YAHP). She has also conducted workshops with other organsations including the Perseverance Credit Union. Ms. Grell has a B.Sc. in Sociology and Management and is currently completing her Masters Degree at the University of Liverpool in Communication.

In the Barataria community, he served as an RI instructor at St George’s College, his alma mater until recently. He previously served as Chairman of the San Juan/Barataria Network of Churches and a member of the Barataria Police Station Council. Prior to the pandemic, he also conducted devotional sessions with the San Juan Jabloteh Football Club.
Apart from serving as a pastor, Bishop Carrillo is also a Coach, Trainer and Speaker with the Maxwell Leadership Certified Team (formerly the John Maxwell Team).
He is a skilled Administrator, Entrepreneur and Creative thinker. He is the founder of “The reTHINK Organisation”, a company dedicated to increasing the leadership capacity of our nation, and through which he hosts events such as “Shift Your Thinking”, “Round Table” and “Let’s Talk Leadership”.
